GETTING LISTED ON THE DIVER'S LOG

BOOKINGS

What's Included in the price?

 

Every boat offers a range of amenities and features different from other boats. Each boat has a description of what’s included in the price and what’s not, as well as required extras. If you have any question please contact us, we will be more than happy to clarify everything.

Is my booking confirmed once I place it?

 

No. We have to double-check availability with the liveaboard first, before confirming any booking. Liveaboard Operators still don’t offer direct connectivity to their booking system, and sometimes even operate with off-line books. We do our best to display actual availability, but still, we need to confirm with the Operator after each booking request received.

Payments

When and How should I pay for my booking?

 

Within 24 Hours from receiving your booking request, we will contact the Liveaboard Operator, double-check the availability, and send you an email with booking confirmation. Once we confirm your booking request, you will need to Bank Transfer your payment to the Operator's bank account provided in the confirmation mail within 48 Hours.

Can I pay in my local currency?

 

All payments are made in the currency of the Dive Operator. If your local currency is different from the operator's,  the bank will automatically convert it to the operator's currency. Conversion rates depends on your payment bank.

Can I pay in multiple deposits?

 

All payments must be made in full amounts. However, sometimes we might be able to reach an agreement with the Operator to receive payments on multiple deposits. In this case, you will need to claim responsibility for any extra charges that may incur.

CHANGES & CANCELLATION

How can I make changes afer booking?

 

You can make changes and cancel your reservation within the 48 hours period before payment. Once payment is made, some aspects can't be altered or changed. If you wish to make changes after booking is confirmed and pay for, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.

Can I cancel an unconfirmed booking for a Full Refund?

 

Yes, or course! We also provide you with a 48-hours free cancellation period after the booking is confirmed. This way you can take care of other travel arrangements such as flights, with the peace of mind of knowing that you can still cancel if needed.

What the Refund Policy?

 

All cancellation & refund policies are set by the Operator. Since every Operator has a different policy, you can find the exact policy in the description of each boat under the "Payment & Cancellations" Tab. If you have trouble locating it, please contact us.

PRICING

Can I find a better price somewhere else?

 

The Diver's Log guarantees that our prices are the lowest you will find anywhere online.

How can The Diver's Log guarantee the best price?

 

Our prices are provided directly by the Liveaboard Operator. This means that we always have the lowest price at the time of booking. That's how we guarantee it. Click Here To learn more about our Best Price Guarantee Policy.

GETTING LISTED ON THE DIVER'S LOG

Can I list my Dive Resort?

 

The Diver's Log is currently not able to list Dive Resorts, only Liveabaords can list. We are working on expanding and adding Dive Resorts as well, but we still can't guarantee when this will be a possibility.
